The howling wont stop, the other (pack) wolves are hungry, winter is longer this year and food is becoming scarce. Some of us risk the threat of humans and scavenge at the local dump but hunters see us sometimes so I dont go often. I'd rather hunt small squirells and snow hares but its hard, its always hard because I dont have a pack to hunt with. Lone wolves dont live long because of this...
Another place I find food is in humans back yards but tamed wolves, dogs, are there and not willing to share their space or food.
